Digital Gojo Plus ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Addis Futures Lab, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). 1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, content accessed, and time spent.

Device Information: We collect device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to provide and improve the App.

Purchase Information: When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not store your payment card details.

• To provide access to premium content through your active subscription.
• To process and verify in-app purchases.
• To send you important service-related notices (e.g., subscription renewal reminders).
• To improve, personalize, and expand our App.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Digital Gojo Plus offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is a children's educational application. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Accounts are created by and for parents or guardians. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase — for authentication and database services. (Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for payment processing and app distribution.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers to operate the App, or if required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the email below.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
